1. Who we are

Muslim Family Academy is operated by Muslim Family Academy, United States. You can reach us at any time at support@muslimfamilyacademy.org.

2. Our reseller, Paddle

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. When you buy, you are buying from Paddle, and Paddle's Buyer Terms also apply to the transaction. Your bank or card statement will show a charge from Paddle (for example “PADDLE.NET” followed by our short business name).

3. What we sell

We sell digital educational guides in PDF format (“guides”) about Islamic marriage and family life, individually and in bundles. Each product page describes what is included. Bundles that include “future guides” give you access to new guides we publish under our own brand after your purchase, for as long as we operate the store.

4. Prices, taxes, and payment

• Prices are shown in US dollars. Paddle calculates and collects any sales tax or VAT that applies in your country at checkout.
• Launch prices shown with a countdown are available until the time displayed. After that, regular prices apply.
• Payment is taken in full at checkout. Available payment methods depend on your country and are shown by Paddle.
• Discount codes and one-time offers apply only to the products and periods stated and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Delivery

Guides are delivered digitally. Straight after payment you can download them on the confirmation page, and we email you private download links. You can re-download anything you own from My Library by signing in with your purchase email. Download links are personal: each link has a download limit and may be disabled if we detect sharing.

6. No refunds

Our guides are instant digital downloads, so all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. A free preview is available before you buy. The details are in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Your licence to use the guides

When you buy a guide you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to download, read, and print it for yourself and your household. You may not:

• share, resell, upload, or publicly distribute the files or your download links;
• copy substantial parts of a guide into another publication, course, or website;
• remove copyright notices or claim the content as your own.

Short quotations with credit for personal, educational, or review purposes are welcome. All content remains the intellectual property of Muslim Family Academy.

8. Educational purpose

Our guides are educational resources based on the Qur'an, authentic Sunnah, and recognized Sunni scholarship. They are not a personal religious ruling (fatwa), and they are not medical, psychological, or legal advice. For a ruling on your personal situation, please consult a qualified scholar. For health matters, consult a qualified medical professional. Our guides are intended for adults (18 or over) who are married or preparing for marriage.

9. Acceptable use of the website

Please do not misuse the website: no attempts to break its security, scrape it in bulk, interfere with other visitors, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend access, including download access, where we reasonably believe these terms have been broken.

10. Liability

We take great care over the accuracy of our guides, but we provide them “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. Material changes will be shown with a new “last updated” date.
