These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Muslim Family Academy website, ebooks, bundles and membership services operated by Mishab Pullat trading as Muslim Family Academy (“we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to these terms.

By creating an account, making a purchase or otherwise using our services, you confirm that you accept these terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Our services
Muslim Family Academy provides digital Islamic educational content including ebooks, bundle collections and an all-access ebook membership focused on marriage, parenting, women's wellbeing, personal growth and family life.
3. Account and eligibility
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental or guardian consent, to use our services.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse our services. This includes, but is not limited to:
- using the services for any unlawful purpose;
- posting or sharing fraudulent, defamatory, hateful, harassing or spam content;
- infringing intellectual property rights;
- attempting to interfere with the security, availability or performance of the platform;
- reverse engineering, scraping or extracting content except as permitted;
- sharing your account credentials or reselling access to purchased content.
5. Intellectual property
All content, branding, software and materials on Muslim Family Academy are owned by or licensed to Mishab Pullat. Your purchase or membership grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the content for personal use. You may not redistribute, reproduce or commercially exploit any content without our written permission.
6. Payments, billing and Paddle
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment, billing, tax, subscription renewal, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. By completing a purchase or subscription, you also agree to Paddle's terms.
7. Membership and subscriptions
Memberships renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account or by contacting Paddle support. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.
8. Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for eligible digital purchases. Refund requests should be submitted through Paddle at paddle.net or by contacting our support team. Refunds are processed according to Paddle's policies.
9. Service level
We aim to keep our services available and error-free, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Content is provided for general educational purposes and is not a substitute for professional religious, medical, legal or financial advice.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay when due, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to access purchased or membership content ends.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mishab Pullat is not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages arising from your use of the services. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where required by law.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Mishab Pullat operates, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
