Every purchase from Muslim Family Academy, including bundles, collections, add-ons, and one-time offers, is a digital product delivered instantly. Because you receive full access as soon as you pay, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

If something goes wrong

If a file is faulty, a download link does not work, or you cannot access a guide you paid for, email support@muslimfamilyacademy.org and we will fix it straight away. If you were charged twice for the same order by mistake, contact us and we will put it right.

Nothing in this policy affects any rights you have under consumer law in your country that cannot be excluded.
